Stripes

Initial thought is that I will need to build a dialog that behaves a lot like BlockCopy editor - minus the library content, add the Theme stripe classes, add the ability to select an image, add the ability to add new blocks to the stack. There is also the request to (like it or not) adjust padding manually.

A Stripe should appear in the menu as some "thing" that can be added like a block.

The Content tab block stack will need a cosmetic overhaul to provide visual cues to illustrate blocks in a stripe and allow for editing a specific stripe.

The userDef_ContentRead function could be rewritten to group striped blocks. Or maybe it can be done with CSS only using :has()?
