This provides an overview of the steps for upgrading a legacy Titan instance from v6.x to v7. The steps are intended to be followed in order so that each upgrade follows the same steps and any issues can be easily troubleshooted by knowing what steps preceded the error. This is intended for any team member to be able to follow and assist with an upgrade.

  5. Dev Instance Data Refresh
  6. Migrate/Upgrade client existing SDK code to version 7 SDK

  8. Dev Instance QA
  9. Document Manual Updates that cannot be scripted
  10. Dev Instance QA Sign-off (internal)
  11. Pre-6.9.5: New Production Instance Install
  12. Pre-6.9.5: New Production Upgrade
  13. Pre-6.9.5: NWS New Production QA
  14. Provide Client User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Information
  15. Client UAT Sign-off (Pre-Launch)
