Updating Registry Key for Titan Instances

Some Titan Instances, typically pre-v6.9.5, use a Registry Key value instead of a value in web.config for the AppControlData database connection string. This value will determine the location of the AppControlData database. It may need to be updated from time to time if the environment is changed or migrated to a new server.

A utility is also included when Titan is installed for updating this Registry Key. To make changes run the utility.
